Selling advertising service map

Description

Collaborative and generative research on our internal sales teams' tools and processes, which involved contextual inquiry, survey, insights analysis, service map ideation & creation, and then a road show to share out learnings.

Core team included: Product manager, UX design, content strategist (myself), and research.
